Aon Step Up for Kids releases the names of its female and male winners

The names of the top three female and male finishers at Sunday’s 21st annual Aon Step Up for Kids were released yesterday afternoon. Tara Lynn climbed the 1,136-foot Aon Center’s 80 floors and 1,643 steps in 10 minutes and 44 seconds. Lynn was followed by Jennifer Glenn at 13 minutes and 4 seconds and Natalie Doolittle-Shadel at 13 minutes and 27 seconds. Terry Purcell led all men with a time of 9 minutes and 44 seconds. Purcell was followed by Robert Liking at 10 minutes and one-second and Jason Larson at 10 minutes and 45 seconds.

More than 1,900 charitable participants helped raise $629,546.52 for the roughly 200,00 patients who are treated annually at Ann & Robert H. Lurie Children’s Hospital of Chicago. Ann & Robert H. Lurie Children’s Hospital of Chicago, ranked as the top pediatric hospital in Illinois and seventh overall in the U.S., is located at 225 East Chicago Avenue.

Medals were mailed to the six winners shortly after the fundraiser’s results went public.
